Currently C4 is to broken in my opinion.

Reasons:

  1. Cheap

  2. Crazy Splash Damage

  3. Too much prop damage

I tested with stacker and at around 150 distance it was still able to hit the next prop after and destroy it.

At 300 distance it was able to destroy the prop and do 50% damage to the prop after.

C4 basically makes any base useless.
